Dear Samantha Fulton,
Pursuant to your OPRA Request, please be advised that our Building
Department has indicated that the requested permit #920242 was destroyed
in a flood that took place in September 2021 in the basement where said
records were stored. Therefore, very unfortunately no such records exist
any longer. Please see the attached photo of our most recent flood.
