Swipe in\out procedures for Secretarial Unit members

Dear Berkeley Township School District,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

Policy, emails, memos, and/or procedure for secretarial unit members, including Nelly Amato, that establishes that they are only required to swipe in for the work day with no requirement to swipe out. Include any addendums to the labor contract in effect addressing the policy since it deviates from the contract.

Dear Laura Gingerelli,

There are no documents establishing policy/procedure for swiping in or out and or documenting arrival or dismissal time for staff? (Other than what is established in labor contract)
