Further the site has the incorrect records custodian and the custodian is not required pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq to change it on an outside site and the Township processes requests sent via email, fax, our online form(which can be filled out on a cell phone) and accessible from the Townships home page www.berkeleytownship.org) In Person or regular mail
