Superintendent's Attestation Letter to the state of NJ and/or Department of Education attesting that Berlin Borough schools are safe to reopen to in-person learning in the fall.

The attestation form was an online for set up by the New Jersey Department
of Education. Therefore, evidence of the signed attestation does not
exist at the local school district level.

Are you able to confirm that the Attestation Letter was submitted to the State, or confirm that it was NOT sent to the state by the superintendent of the Berlin Borough School District?

To reiterate, there was no attestation letter. The attestation is an
online form. The responses to the attestation form responses are received
directly by the New Jersey Department of Education. I completed the
attestation form and submitted it via the online form.

of Education. Please be advised that the requested record does not exist
in a format that can be duplicated and forwarded to you. However, the
Superintendent did complete the attestation online with the NJ Department
of Education.
