Dear Records Custodian at Wallkill Valley Regional High School,

Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et
seq.),
I am requesting access to the following records:

1. Copies of the merit goals (both qualitative and quantitative) submitted
and/or approved for the Superintendent of Schools for the 2023-2024 and
2024-2025 academic years.
2. Any documentation indicating whether each merit goal was achieved,
including evaluations or board resolutions.
3. Records showing the payout amounts awarded for each merit goal,
including any board approvals or related correspondence.
4. If applicable, any contracts or amendments that reference merit-based
compensation for the Superintendent.

Please provide these records in electronic format. If any portion of the
requested records is redacted or withheld, please cite the specific legal
basis for each redaction or denial.
If there are any costs associated with this request, please let me know
before processing.
