I am requesting an electronic log of all summons issued by the Department of Community Development for the calendar year 2020. This data should include the code violation section, date of issue and fine amount.

Please note that electronic records must be provided free of charge as per N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.b.

Thank you for your response. Are you suggesting that the Township has not issues any summons during that time or that I am asking for the information incorrectly. Where do summons for failure to cut the grass originate from?

*Construction Code Enforcement Division (Building Permits): Monday to Friday
8:00am to 4:30pm. Phone 732 536-0200 ext. 1800. Enter through the back entrance
of Town Hall.

*Municipal Court: Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 4:30pm. Located at 1979
Township Drive in the Justice Center. Phone 732 536-0300.

*All other Township offices are open Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.

*Department of Recreation: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm. Phone 732
617-0100. Located in the Recreation Center at 1996 Recreation Way.

*The Marlboro Township Division of Police is open 24/7 and is located at 1979
Township Drive in the Justice Center. Phone 732 536-0100. In the event of an
emergency dial 9-1-1.
