Summons Data
Dear Howell Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
I am requesting an electronic log of all summons issued by the Department of Land Use & Planning for the calendar year 2020. This data should include the code violation section, date of issue and fine amount.
Please note that electronic records must be provided free of charge as per N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.b.

In 2018 your office provided me with data on all summons issued by the Department of Land Use in an excel format. I would like an update to that information for the calendar year 2020. I do not believe this information to fall under any of the OPRA exemptions and am very familiar with these exemptions due to my time working for the Attorney General of the State of NJ.
Please do not reply with a generic exception attachment as was done every other time I requested information from this office. If you are unable to provide an update to the data provided in 18-1208, please describe the reasons why.
