Should include name of Defendant, Location/Address of the Foreclosed property, and Court Case Number. This list should be in EXCEL format. Multiple files may be sent if all leads cannot fit in one document.

What type of foreclosures did you want information on, municipal or
outside lien? 
Also, you may want to check with the county clerk's office as they would
have Sheriff's Deeds from foreclosures on file. 
Please clarify and respond.
