Dear Keansburg Borough,

I am requesting all records of a Substantial Damage Letter for 142 Maple Avenue Block 79 Lot 53 Keansburg any and all records of flooding and any requirement for this property to be raised prior to being issued a Certificate of Occupancy.

Additionally, I am requesting a copy of any notices that went out to the property owner notifying said owner that the property is required to be raised.

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
