Hi I have a followup question to my recent Sep. 25, 2023 OPRA request "Subscriber list for e-Bulletins"
I noticed the Email address column in the list was redacted (with stars). May I ask which of the 27 OPRA exemptions was applied to do that, as I am unable to infer it from the content of the public records response and my detailed understanding of the OPRA exemptions.
I ask for an internal review to verify the completeness of the response.
If no exemption should have been applied, can you please re-send the sheet with the Email address un-redacted. Or if Email address is not on file with the Township or its controlled 3rd party, please clarify that.
