This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Please provide the complete names and home addresses (phone numbers and email addresses if available) of all registered voters within Burlington County who have submitted requests for a mail-in ballot for the Republican Primary election scheduled for June 4th.
