The Clerk’s Office has received your OPRA request.
Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 situation, all OPRA requests will have
an automatic thirty day extension at minimum.
If we can process this request before the extension time is up we most
certainly will.
If you receive the information you are looking for prior to receiving it

The email listed on the OPRA is not deliverable. There is no phone number
included to reach out to Mr. Sorensen. I tried to switch the word
“reguest” with the word “request” with no luck. The email is incorrect.

Clerk's Office OPRA return basket.
The due dates are in the Subject Line of this email.
We are using the seven business day protocol and or with the automatic 30
day extension we are giving OPRAs due to COVID-19.
Please remember to carbon copy me in your responses.
If you need more time we can always do another extension.
