Student Activity Accounts
Dear Glen Rock Public School District,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. Record of transactions of the GRHS Boys Lacrosse Team Student Activity Account from 1/1/2016 to present. Including starting/ending balance and each transaction including transaction date, amount, and brief description (if possible).
2. Record of transactions of the GRHS Girls Lacrosse Team Student Activity Account from 1/1/2016 to present. Including starting/ending balance and each transaction including transaction date, amount, and brief description (if possible).
3. List of all expenses for the GRHS Boys Lacrosse Team in the 2020-2021 year in the School-Sponsored Athletics - Instruction 11-402-100-XXX account (or any other applicable budgeted appropriations account).
4. List of all expenses for the GRHS Girls Lacrosse Team in the 2020-2021 year in the School-Sponsored Athletics - Instruction 11-402-100-XXX account (or any other applicable budgeted appropriations account).

Yes I am in receipt of your OPRA request and we are finalizing the various

Hello Ms. Naumov,
I am confirming receipt of this email. I really appreciate you providing this information.
I do have one additional question. I see the "Lacrosse Exchange" student activities account listed, but no transactions. Is there any other student activities account that the High School Girls/Boys Lacrosse team would use? If so, would it be possible to include that?
I am specifically looking for any fundraising these teams did since 2016 where the proceeds would be deposited into their respective student activities account. If those records do not exist, please let me know.

Good morning,
The lacrosse exchange page is blank because there has been no activity in
the account since 2006. I believe our accounts department did a search for
the word lacrosse and that page came up. Sorry for any confusion.
