Street and storm drain cleaning II
Dear Collingswood Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
This request is for the logs and records that are supposed to be available upon request by the NJDEP as stated in the current Collingswood Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan, August 2019.
1. Please provide the “sweeping log and schedule” referred to on page 12 of the “SPPP Form 7- Street Sweeping”.
2. Please provide the “inlet logs” showing the list of catch basins and storm drains referred to on page 14 of the “SPPP Form 8 - Catch Basis and Storm Drain Inlets”.
3. Please provide the records of catch basin and storm drain inlet inspections and the wet tons of material collected during catch basin and storm drain inlet cleanings as referred to on page 14 of the “SPPP Form 8 - Catch Basis and Storm Drain Inlets”.

It's too bad, I really needed to see those records for a project we're doing. Anyway, it's odd they're not available because NJDEP requires them as part of the stormwater plan Collingswood has filed.
