Hi Holly,
So sorry, but what you've provided is another ordinance. What I'm looking for is officially known as the Municipal Stormwater Management Plan, aka MSWMP. It is supposed to be part of the town's master plan but does not appear to be included in the versions that are on the boro website. The plan addresses groundwater recharge, stormwater quantity, and stormwater quality impacts and, as I mentioned before, maps and charts.
If this document doesn't exist, please do let me know.
