Any and all resignation letters submitted by Steve Brennan in connection with his position as Business Administrator with the Barnegat Board of Education.

Any separation, settlement, or severance agreement between Steve Brennan and the Barnegat Board of Education.

Any Board of Education meeting minutes, resolutions, or agendas in which the resignation, separation, or departure of Steve Brennan was discussed, approved, or acknowledged.

Any correspondence (including emails) between members of the Barnegat Board of Education and/or administration regarding the resignation or separation of Steve Brennan, limited to the period of January 1, 2024, through March 31, 2024.

If any portion of these records is exempt from disclosure, please provide the non-exempt portions and indicate the specific legal basis for each redaction or denial.
