3. Any and all E Mails and or correspondence between the BOE administration to include the Business Administrator (BA) , The superintendent and administrative staff and any and all board members the resolution concerning sick, vacation, terminal pay
4. A copy of all invoices and payments made to the School Board attorney
5. A copy of t he School board attorneys Resume and employment CV
6. A copy of the board attorneys liability insurance policy for mal practice naming the BOE as an additional insured and the name of the carrier
7. A copy of the Board attorneys license to practice law and a true and accurate spelling of his name and the name and address of the firm associated with him.

Dear Diane Montemurro,
Yes .For items # 2 & # 3 we are requesting information dating back to 2009
With regard to the Board attorney; we are requesting information for all board attorney's during that period of time as requested in the OPRA. However, with regard to the Insurance and Malpractice policy, that will only need to be for the current attorney who is and was representing the board for the past two years, with special attention to the period of time from the last budget period forward
