Steglik Can't Hide Behind OPRA Forever
Dear Voorhees Township,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States. I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose. I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Copies of email, text message, iMessage, SMS message, and RCS message correspondences sent by or received by employee Stephen Steglik for the time period of January 1, 2022 through the present containing any of the following search terms: “Muller”, “Mueller”, "[email address]", "[email address]", "[email address]", "[email address]", "[email address]", or "609-332-8503".
Copies of email, text message, iMessage, SMS message, and RCS message correspondences sent by or received by employee mayor Stephen Steglik between Michael Muller for the time period of January 1, 2022 through the present, containing any of the following search terms: "the", "be", "to", "of", "a", "and", "Michael", or "Muller".
Copies of correspondences either sent by or received by employee Stephen Steglik for the time period of January 1, 2022 through the present containing any of the following search term: “donor”, “contribution”, “contributor”, "donate", “donation”, “Democrat”, “Democratic”, “Republican”, or “Super PAC”.
Because of the January 17, 2025 NJ Appellate Division case of Rosetti versus Ramapo-Indian Hills Regional High School Board of Education, A-1466-23, the records searched should include private devices and accounts, including but not limited to e-mail, SMS, RCS, iMessage, and text messages.
