State Guidelines for Secure Drop Boxes for General Election
Dear Hudson County Board of Elections,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: A copy of the guidelines established by the New Jersey Secretary of State Tahesha Way "for the placement of ballot drop boxes, the security of the ballot drop boxes, and the schedule for ballot pickup from the ballot boxes" for the upcoming Nov 3rd general election, per Executive Order 177.

State/Division of Elections.

My original request was for the following:
