State Budget Schedules for FY2021
Dear New Jersey Department of the Treasury,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

1) Electronic Copies of all schedules and files used to prepare the FY2021 Governor's Budget. If the request needs a secured server to access these documents, please provide a link and password to my email with 30 day limitation to access the files and schedules.

Dear Treasury Government Records Access Unit,
While I understand your denial. Every government file is a record and if it's available or can be created using a software program it's a public record whether or not it's an interagency or not. If you have a GRC ruling on this, please post as part of your denial. The OMB does share records or files or even schedules with the legislators which is a public record and some of this should be shared with the public.
