Dear Treasury Government Records Access Unit,

While I understand your denial. Every government file is a record and if it's available or can be created using a software program it's a public record whether or not it's an interagency or not. If you have a GRC ruling on this, please post as part of your denial. The OMB does share records or files or even schedules with the legislators which is a public record and some of this should be shared with the public.
