Dear Wildwood Crest Board of Education,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.
Records requested:

Copies of ALL invoices for all fire extinguisher, kitchen fire suppression and fire alarm services from 2020 to present
My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail as attachments. Please confirm you have received this request. If you are not the custodian of records, please forward my request to that person and provide their email address to me for future reference.

Dear Tony Michael,
The OPRA request you submitted required an OPRA administrative review that
allows for a 14 day time frame and the following redactions were applied:

• Per N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1, signatures, credentials, account identifiers,
and encoded payment portal information were redacted.

As the custodian or records, I have provided the information that you
requested for copies of purchase orders and invoices for the years
selected that include the yearly inspections and servicing of the fire
extinguishers in the building.  I have also provided two months of each
year, the monthly charges incurred for the monitoring system vendor at
that time.  If there was a change in the charge over the year, it can be
seen in one of the two invoices provided.  This information can be
extrapolated out for the entire 12 months of a fiscal year.  
If you believe it is necessary to demand copies of all these months,
please be advised, that pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(c) amended September
3, 2024 (P.L. 2024, c. 16) fulfilling that request will require an
extraordinary expenditure of time and effort and will be subject to a
special service charge.  
Please advise if the information provided is sufficient to you to satisfy
your needs under this OPRA request.
