I am in receipt of your OPRA request seeking “Copies of ALL invoices for
all fire extinguisher, kitchen fire suppression and fire alarm services
from 2020 to present.”

As currently drafted, the request is overly broad because it does not
identify specific records, facilities, vendors, or categories of documents
sought. The Authority maintains numerous fire-related invoices and records
across multiple facilities, vendors, and service types, and the request
would require extensive research and compilation rather than
identification of specific government records.

Accordingly, please clarify and narrow your request by identifying, to the
extent possible, the specific facility, vendor, timeframe, and/or category
of records you are seeking (for example, fire extinguisher inspections,
fire alarm monitoring, repair invoices, certifications, etc.).

Please also note that the Authority does not maintain kitchen fire
suppression systems at its facilities.

Upon receipt of your clarification, the Authority will continue processing
your request.
