Dear Stafford Township School District,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Copies of ALL invoices for all fire extinguisher, kitchen fire suppression and fire alarm services from 2021 to present

The Custodian of Records for the Stafford Township BOE received your Open
Public Records Act (OPRA) request on April 30, 2026.
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(i), this letter serves as a
formal request for an extension of time to fulfill your request. We
anticipate providing a full response, or a further update on the status of
your request, on or before May 19, 2026.
This additional time is necessary due to the following circumstances:
• Availability of Personnel: The official Custodian of Records is
currently out of the office and is not scheduled to return until May
12, 2026. Their direct oversight is required to finalize the review
and production of these specific government records.
