Dear Ramapo-Indian Hills Board of Education,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Copies of ALL invoices for all fire extinguisher, kitchen fire suppression and fire alarm services from 2020 to present

Good morning,
This request is valid, however, our financial system does not allow for
searching for such narrow constraints as the below, and additionally, once
we locate the PO's that meet your requirements, we have to find the
invoices, which are NOT maintained inside our financial software. As
such, we will require the fee of $60 to perform this OPRA request. This
is for 2 hours at the hourly rate of the lowest paid employee who is
qualified to do the search, salary of $70,080 /1680 hours a year 240 days
x 7 hours a day =$41.71 an hour... so we will need a check for $80 to
perform this work. Please make check payable to Ramapo Indian Hills Board
