Dear Mr. Michael,

This letter is in response to your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request
dated October 21, 2025, in which you requested:

All fire alarm and fire extinguisher invoices from 2019 to present.

After reviewing your request, we have determined that fulfilling it will
require a special service charge in accordance with N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(c),
as it involves an extraordinary amount of time and effort to compile,
review, and, if necessary, redact the responsive records.

Estimated Special Service Charge:

· Estimated Time Required: 1 hour

· Hourly Rate of Employee(s): $37.00/hour

· Estimated Total Charge: $37.00

This charge reflects the actual direct cost of the staff time needed to
fulfill your request. It does not include routine clerical tasks.

However, the District will waive this fee for this specific request as a
one-time courtesy.

Please confirm in writing (via email or mail) if you wish to proceed with
the request under the waived fee. Upon receipt of your confirmation, we
will begin processing the records.
