Good morning,
This request has been received. I have attached two sample reports for a
vendor and wanted to determine if these reports will satisfy your request.
The reason the reports are in different formats is that we changed
accounting software for the 2024-25 School Year. These reports are all
that we have electronically available for this information. If this is
sufficient I will provide similar reports from 2019 to present for the
related vendors.
If it is not sufficient, I will need to evaluate this request further
since most of the physical documents that would be responsive are offsite
in a storage unit.

We would have fire alarm service invoices from 7/1/2023 - today on site in
our office. Earlier years are in an offsite storage facility and would
likely incur a special service charge to gather.

Before we start pulling the documents I wanted to clarify that the
following will fulfill your request:
