I am interested in sampling the charges that are being brought by Frenchtown officers when they issue complaints for non-indictable offenses made on the Special Form of Complaint and Summons (See NJ Court Rules R.3:2-2.).
RECORDS REQUESTED:
1. The five most recent "Special Forms of Complaint and Summons" issued by Officer Erik Eccles.
2. The five most recent "Special Forms of Complaint and Summons" issued by Officer Kevin Coletta.
3. The five most recent "Special Forms of Complaint and Summons" issued by Officer Brandon Gillikin.
4. For anyone employed by the Borough and holding the position of "police officer" apart from Eccles, Coletta and Gillikin, please provide his or her "name title, Position, and length of service." (See N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10).
