2. Resolution approving special event permit application for event on November 2, 2020 at Veterans Park
3. Copy of insurance certificate required for special event held at Veterans Park on November 2, 2020
4. List of ALL Township expenses for special event held at Veterans Park on November 2, 2020 including all employee salary and/or overtime for garbage collection, parks maintenance and set up, police, fire, ems, and bathroom facilities
5. All emails from Township Administrator and Mayor Cartman Amato regarding special event held at Veterans Park on November 2, 2020
6. All emails from all department heads regarding special event held at Veterans Park on November 2, 2020
7. Copy of police calls from 11am to 7pm on November 2, 2020

Thank you for the response. To be clear, in regards to #4 I observed police officers directing traffic and working at the event. Are there no time or salary records for them working the event, or invoices to who was billed for the services of police? And confirming no time records, or salary records for parks employees who set up and collected garbage for event?

In regards to #6, have the emails between Mark Dykoff, John Camera, and Cartman Amato in regards to the event been overlooked, or deleted? I have no problem requesting email logs for each department head to prove you are withholding email records if that is what you prefer. Please process this request again.

In regards to #1 and #2, if no records exist, are there any records, emails, or documents that allowed for this event to occur without following Township Ordinances and Joint Insurance Fund requirements?

Dear Karen Stallings,

Is the vehicle rally that came to Veterans Park that day not considered an event? If so why were township police officers directing traffic in and out of park. Additionally, this rally was well advertised which I can send you links to if you are confused or mistaken. Please fulfill my request or I will file a complaint and seek restitution for not complying with the Open Public Records Act as required by law.
