Dear Denise DeRosa,

I would like to request a copy of the report referred to in the BOE 2/28/2022 meeting minutes from Mary Publicover. The minutes state: "State of Special Education Programs, Annual Report- Director of Educational Services, Mary Publicover. Dr. Nicosia introduced Ms. Publicover, who presented a report about the special education programs in the district." I would like this report.

I have still not hear back from you on the follow-up I sent on June 5th specifying the exact report I'm requesting. Specifically, on June 5th I wrote:

"I would like to request a copy of the report referred to in the BOE 2/28/2022 meeting minutes from Mary Publicover.
