conditional redevelopment agreements, PILOT agreements, and any other
agreements between the city of Plainfield and South Terrill Urban Renewal
LLC.

city administration (including Mayor Adrian O. Mapp, Economic Development
Director Valerie Jackson, Business Administrator Carlos Sanchez) regarding

redevelopment plan.

Any communication with representatives of  Wawa, Dynamic Traffic, LLC,
Dynamic Engineering Consultants, JMF Properties (including Joseph Forgione
and Kevin Codey) and city administration (including Mayor Adrian O. Mapp,
Economic Development Director Valerie Jackson, Business Administrator
Carlos Sanchez) regarding South Terrill Urban Renewal LLC and Wawa for
South Avenue East redevelopment plan.
