Dear Little Silver Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. Billing statements, invoices, payment records for extra duty jobs pertaining to all SLEO I and SLEO II with the Little Silver Police Department.
OPRA requires immediate access must be granted to budgets, bills, vouchers, contracts, etc. If any or part of this request is denied, please send me a letter describing the material and listing the specific exemption(s) upon which you rely. I would appreciate receiving this material in digital format and preferably publicly on the OPRAMachine.
