My apologies, I had another request extremely similar and I thought I took
care of this. It looks like I was waiting for a response from DPW. I just
reached back out to them. I will get this information to you ASAP.
Can you also just clarify for me what you're looking for as a "use of the
sidewalk". As in sidewalk cafe? I want to get you the right information.

Dear Kaitlyn Hunt,
Thanks for the reply. I am looking for any sort of requests or approvals for 2 things:
1) The current enclosure that was built some years ago on the sidewalk in the original setback for that building.
2) The tables now set up on the sidewalk outside that enclosure.

I have forwarded your request to the following departments: Building,
Code, Public Works, Planning and Zoning. Most responded that they had no
documents that would be responsive to your request.
The clerk's office provided me with the documents attached for # 2 of your
request. They also state that these are the files going back to 2015. They
did not submit applications for approval in 2018, 2019 or 2023. The
retention of these applications is only 6 years, so the years beyond 2015
are no longer available.
Also, I sent your request to Planning and Zoning for the answer to # 1 of
your request. Shawna from the department will not be back in the office
till August 8^th my apologies for the inconvenience. Please let me know
if there's anything else I can help you with in the meantime.
