Sick time and overtime usage for all Police Department personnel, for years 2019, 2020, and 2021.
Dear West Long Branch Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. Sick time usage for all Police Department personnel for years 2019, 2020, and 2021. Please include remaining sick time balances for these employees as well.
2. Police overtime budget, and overtime payout for Police Department personnel for years 2019, 2020, and 2021.
The New Jersey Public Records act requires a response time of seven business days. If access to the records I am requesting will take longer than this amount of time, please contact me with information about the cause of delay, and when I might expect copies. If you deny any or all of this request, please cite specific cause for the reason to refuse this request.
