Sheriff’s Office Hope One Van Crash
Dear Atlantic County Sheriff's Office,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1) Any/all County of Atlantic and/or the Atlantic County Sheriff’s Office reports, documents, memorandums, and e-mails related to a motor vehicle crash that occurred on July 16, 2020 involving the Atlantic County Sheriff’s Hope One vehicle that was being driven by Timothy Reed.
2) Any/all County of Atlantic and/or the Atlantic County Sheriff’s Office employee statements recalling/detailing the accounts of a motor vehicle crash that occurred on July 16, 2020 involving the Atlantic County Sheriff’s Hope One vehicle that was being driven by Timothy Reed, to include any written, recorded, e-mailed or other statements made by Timothy Reed and/or other employees and witnesses.
3) Any/all estimates prepared or received for repairs to the Atlantic County Sheriff’s Hope One vehicle as a result of the aforementioned crash.
4) Any/all insurance claims or correspondence with insurance companies or adjusters to include self insured agencies, including any/all statements made by Timothy Reed and Sheriff’s Office supervisors to insurance adjusters or insurance representatives regarding details surrounding the aforementioned crash.
5) Any/all photographs taken of the damage to the Atlantic County Sheriff’s Hope One vehicle as a result of the aforementioned crash.
6) Any/all documents, statements, or e-mails prepared by Timothy Reed regarding the aforementioned crash.
7) Any/all time sheets documenting days and hours worked for Timothy Reed from July 1, 2020 to September 29, 2020
8) Any/all dates and dispositions of internal affairs and/or disciplinary actions against Timothy Reed (i.e. sustained, exonerated, etc.) including any suspensions or disciplinary outcomes for years 2018 through 2020.
