In the below e-mail, I do not see a request for a document. Please provide a request for a document.
As specified in the OPRA regulations, OPRA is not a research tool. In order for this request to be filled it must give specific information date of document, document name, etc. At that time it will be determined if the document you are specifically requested are Open Public Records.

I am writing to request an internal review of Ocean Township (Ocean)'s handling of my OPRA request 'Shared service agreement'.
