Dear Records Custodian HOWELL,
Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (OPRA), N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq., I respectfully request access to and copies of specific government records maintained by Howell Township.
I am requesting all emails and written correspondence, including attachments, related to the proposal, discussion, consideration, evaluation, or potential implementation of any shared services agreement between Howell Township and the Monmouth County Sheriff’s Office 911 Communications Center.
This request includes both external communications and internal communications among Howell Township officials and employees.
This request is limited to records dated from January 1, 2025 through the date of fulfillment of this request.
