Dear Somerset County,
Thank you for the documents quickly. Just to point out I requested all CAD reports as part of my request. Specifically looking for the dispatcher that called Sgt. Snook out or dispatched to the calls she handled of service in the CAD reports with all the times of the calls, on service, and clear time. I need the details for each CAD incident not just the CAD incident search results list.

Due to vacation schedules, the holiday, and the number of reports and redactions that may be necessary, the County anticipates requiring an additional three weeks (until July 24, 2023) to compile, review, and produce the potentially responsive records in accordance with New Jersey law. The County also reserves the right to request an additional extension of time, if necessary. See Scheeler v. New Jersey Department of Educ., GRC Complaint No. 2014-123 (2016).

The County of Somerset (“County”) records custodian received your Open
Public Records Act (“OPRA”) request on 6/21/2023 and initially responded
to your request on June 30, 2023. As such, the County is timely
responding to your request in accordance with New Jersey law.
On July 3, 2023 you notified this office that the records provided were
missing information. As such, the County will reopen the request and
determine if there are further records responsive to the request.
