Additionally, the overtime entries do not include the approving officer from the agency or any comments included in the overtime request.  Please include all comments entered in the scheduling system with each request and include the approving officer of the overtime that approved it in the scheduling system.

Dear F Smith,

  

 The County of Somerset (“County”) records custodian received your Open
 Public Records Act (“OPRA”) request on 6/21/2023 and initially responded
 to your request on June 30, 2023.  As such, the County is timely

 responding to your request in accordance with New Jersey law.

  

 On July 3, 2023 you notified this office that the records provided were

 missing information.  As such, the County will reopen the request and
 determine if there are further records responsive to the request.

  

 OPRA allows the records custodian to seek extensions of time pursuant to
 N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5i.  The County anticipates requiring an additional three
 weeks (until July 24, 2023) to compile, review, and produce the
 potentially responsive records in accordance with New Jersey law.  The
 County also reserves the right to request an additional extension of time,
 if necessary. See Scheeler v. New Jersey Department of Educ., GRC
 Complaint No. 2014-123 (2016).
