Good Afternoon,

The Manchester Township Police Department does not maintain a list of Sex Offenders located in within the boundaries of the Township.

N.J.S.A. 2C:7-1 et seq., commonly known as Megan's Law. This law provides for the creation of a state registry of sex offenders, as well as an Internet web site registry, and a community notification procedure, which mandates County Prosecutors to place offenders into one of three categories which are distinguished by the level of risk of re-offense by the offender. The law also regulates who may receive these notifications.
