Dear Brick Township School District,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law
right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please
acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested:

1. Seniority list of all current district employees, including their
names, current location/schools and hire dates.

2. Since the yearly Teacher Grade Placement lists (listing the complete
staff assigned to each school) are no longer included in the agendas, if
they still exist outside of the agendas, please send the three most recent
Teacher Grade Placement lists for 2019, 2020 and 2021.

3. Credentialed Substitute Teacher List File listing the credentialed
substitute teachers employed by the district from 7/1/2014-Present,
listing names and hire/termination dates. This covers the time frame since
subs have no longer been paid by the district directly, but there should
still be a list of who has worked in district schools since then.

System.  
We have a new Financial Software System which does not offer that as a
report.
