Pursuant to your OPRA request dated March 14, 2022, please be advised that
your request is overly broad.  Please clarify as to whether your request
pertains to a settlement where an employee is the plaintiff and the
district is the defendant regarding any LAD or sexual harassment claim or
where it is the student or its guardian bringing a similar complaint.  Our
understanding is this does not include civil suits brought by third
parties for personal injury, such as slip and fall on school property,
auto accidents, or other personal injury, as well as workman compensation
claims or contract claims with contractors or vendors.  
Please clarify so we can respond.

Initial Request
The NJ Supreme Court ruled on 3/7/22 that settlement agreements are public
record.  Please send copies of all settlement agreements from January 1,
2019-Present.
Clarified Request 
To narrow down the records, I am asking for any settlement "where an
employee is the plaintiff and the district is the defendant regarding any
LAD or sexual harassment claim or where it is the student or its guardian
bringing a similar complaint." 
Please find attached records pursuant to your request, whereas an employee
is the plaintiff and the district is the defendant, regarding any LAD or
sexual harassment claim or where it is the student or its guardian
bringing a similar complaint from January 1, 2019 to present.  Also find
attached redaction key for your reference.
