The township doesn't make or maintain a file called "all settlement

CLARIFICATION RCVD VIA EMAIL 3/16 AS FOLLOWS: "Please send the
personnel settlement agreements."

Dear Requestor,

The Township of Lakewood received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
request on 3/10/2022. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to
respond to your request is 3/25/2022. This response to your request
is being provided to you on the 5th business day after the
custodian's receipt of said request.

The following records are being provided in their entirety and are
responsive to your request.

1.   Personnel Settlement Agreement

Please note there are no other records responsive to your request.
This deems your request complete.
