This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please confirm receipt of this message.

Records Requested:

During the period of January 1, 2012, through the current date all agreements settling lawsuits relating to current employees, former employees, agents, and contractors of the Borough of Mountainside as it relates to lawsuits filed, settlement agreements, and memorandum of agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, I am referring to any jointly signed agreements setting forth agreed-upon facts/stipulations concerning any settled controversies of the aforementioned parties to a lawsuit.
