Records Requested:

During the period of January 1, 2012, through the current date all agreements settling lawsuits relating to current employees, former employees, agents, and contractors of the Borough of Mountainside as it relates to lawsuits filed, settlement agreements, and memorandum of agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, I am referring to any jointly signed agreements setting forth agreed-upon facts/stipulations concerning any settled controversies of the aforementioned parties to a lawsuit.
