Good morning.   Thank you for your response.
Attached is a screen-shot that shows Tennant v. Pleasantville Board of
Education, Docket No. ATL-L-901-20 was "settled" and the case is
"closed."   This is what led me to believe that the case was settled.
Of course, the court's computer system might be in error, but I ask that
you please double check.   I have taken the liberty of copying Roshan D.
Shah, the Board's attorney in this litigation, on this e-mail.
