Mr. Pastrana,

This office received your OPRA request on Tuesday, 11/30/2021. The Director of Employee Relations advised that they do not have a copy of the requested document on file. In the spirit of cooperation, I contacted County Counsel and on 12/10/2021, I advised you that the boxes had been requested from archive storage and also requested an extension of time with an anticipated response to your OPRA request due Monday, 12/20/2021. Upon examination of the boxes delivered, it has been determined that the County does not have a copy of the Complaint and Settlement Agreement between Ocean County Prosecutor Detective Linda Palladino and the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office.
