This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access.
Records requested:
As decided in the Supreme Court decision in Libertarians for Transparent Government v. Cumberland County (084956), settlement agreements are to be considered public documents.
This request is made for the settlement agreement with regard to MacInnes v. Borough of Englishtown, et al - Monmouth County docket number L-002164-14. Court documents show this matter was settled , disposition date June 5, 2017.
