1. Settlement Agreement or Release that resolved Mueller v. Oaklyn, Case No. 1:19-cv-16694.
2. For Bret Mueller, his or her "name, title, position, most recent annual salary, length of service, date of separation and the reason therefor." (See N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10).
3. For Craig Stauts, his or her "name, title, position, most recent annual salary, length of service, date of separation and the reason therefor." (See N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10).
4. For Marquis Moore, his or her "name, title, position, most recent annual salary, length of service, date of separation and the reason therefor." (See N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10).
5. Any separation or other agreement between the Borough and Marquis Moore that set forth the terms and conditions of Moore's separation from Borough employment.
6. Any separation or other agreement between the Borough and Craig Stauts that set forth the terms and conditions of Stauts's separation from Borough employment.

Marquis Moore, Retired as Chief, 2021 Salary was $117,299.00, Hired 6/10/1996, Retired 12/31/2021.
