1. Settlement Agreement or Release that resolved Monaghan V. County Of Gloucester et al, Federal Case No. 1:18-cv-15166.
2. For James Monaghan (plaintiff in the above-mentioned lawsuit) his or her "name, title, position, most recent annual salary, length of service, date of separation and the reason therefor." (See N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10).

This office is in receipt of your OPRA request made to the County of Gloucester dated July 30, 2023, seeking: “1. Settlement Agreement or Release that resolved Monaghan V. County Of Gloucester et al, Federal Case No. 1:18-cv-15166. 2. For James Monaghan (plaintiff in the above-mentioned lawsuit) his or her "name, title, position, most recent annual salary, length of service, date of separation and the reason therefor." (See N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10).”
In response, attached please find the following document responsive to item #1 above:

Per OPRA privacy exemptions, redacted within Settlement Agreement packet are home addresses, date of birth and Social Security numbers of plaintiff as well as Employer Identification number of representing firm.
Additionally, due to vacation and staff shortage in our HR Department, the County requires an extension of time to respond to item #2. The custodian of records will provide responsive documents on or before August 21, 2023 or as soon as practical.
